Haitian TPS Application Assistance

Experienced lawyers and immigration professionals will help you fill out the Haitian TPS (Temporary Protected Status) forms if you can prove that you meet the following requirements:

• You are Haitian
• You were in the United States on January 12, 2010
• You have been residing in the US continuously since that date

All services will be provided free of charge, however, you will be responsible to pay all USCIS fees.  For people who cannot afford the USCIS fees, we may be able to assist you in completing a fee waiver request (more details).
