CEO Employment Works

Employment Works started in 2008 and provides workforce development services to the formerly incarcerated who are currently on probation.

A five-day customer service curriculum assists probationers enrolled in the Employment Works program as operated by CEO to improve their basic customer service skills.

A one-day advanced customer service class for Employment Works participants assists them in preparing for the National Retail Federation ("NRF") National Professional Certification in Customer Service certification test, followed by proctoring for the test.

Two-day warehouse training at CAMBA's warehouse in East New York is conducted. Employment Works is designed to serve 350 clients each year.
