CAMBA STARS Drug Prevention @ PS 249


CAMBA's STARS Drug Prevention P.S. 249 in Flatbush, Brooklyn began in 1989 and offers at-risk youth a structured atmosphere and emphasizes drug prevention/education, counseling (group and individual), positive alternatives to drug use/abuse, and recreational activities. It is an after-school program for children from grades 1 through 5. Funded by The NYS Office of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), our STARS at P.S. 249 currently serves 80 youth.
