Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative

CAMBA’s Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative in the Healthy Families and Community Health Worker Programs started in 2003 and provides outreach and referrals in Brooklyn. CAMBA provides pregnant women and parenting families with case management services focused on maternal and child health outcomes, family functioning targeted to the hardest-to-reach populations – the poor and medically underserved.
