S.P.I.C.E. (Supporting Preconceptional Individuals through Cultural Cooking and Coping Essentials)


For all Brooklyn women of childbearing age, S.P.I.C.E. (Supporting Preconceptional Individuals through Cultural Cooking and Coping Essentials) is a five week program that includes aerobics, relaxation techniques, healthy food choices, cooking and a support group.
