Since 2002, Nutritional Outreach Education Program has provided outreach to individuals and families living in Brooklyn who may be eligible for Food Stamps. Staff assists eligible persons on-site in filling out their applications and provides referrals to other food and nutritional resources. Nutritional Outreach Education Program currently serves 2,000 individuals and families a year.
