Nutrition Outreach Education Program

Since 2002, the Nutrition Outreach Education Program has provided outreach to individuals and families living in Brooklyn who may be eligible for Food Stamps. Staff assists eligible persons on-site in filling out their applications and provides referrals to other food and nutritional resources. Nutrition Outreach Education Program currently serves 1,000 individuals and families a year.
