Scattered Site Housing Program


The Scattered Site Housing Program (SSH), which started in 1993, is a community-based, independent apartment housing program for HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) clients.  Both case management and housing maintenance services are provided.  Clients also receive assistance with their utility bills.  The SSH Program currently serves 130 clients---single (75%) and families (25%).
