Transitional Congregate Housing Program

CAMBA’s Transitional Congregate Housing program started in 2007 and provides nine transitional units for the HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) Emergency Placement Unit which are for single men and/or women only.  Each individual has their own locked room and COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) is available to provide case management services.  The program’s goal is to ready individuals for permanent housing placement through stabilization and self-sufficiency.
