Myrtle Avenue Apartments


The Myrtle Avenue Apartments opened in May 2007 and is a permanent supportive housing program.  It is here that CAMBA has secured a master lease.  CAMBA provides housing and on-site case management services for 11 formerly homeless families in a newly constructed apartment building located at 854 Myrtle Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.  Myrtle Avenue Apartments was developed by a joint venture between Dunn Development Corp. and the Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation.
