97 Crooke (Reverend Dan Ramm Residence)


97 Crooke/Reverend Dan Ramm Residence is a supportive/affordable housing development located in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. 32 units are for High Service Needs II individuals who are homeless and seriously and persistently mentally ill. 50 percent of these homeless individuals must be chronically homeless and all are referred from DHS.  20 of the community units are affordable and one unit is for a live-in super.  On-site case management and supportive services are available for all tenants.  Full-time staff include a Site Director and two Case Managers.  24/7 front desk attendant/security services are also featured.  Building amenities include on-site laundry, landscaped front and rear yards, a ninth floor terrace, computer room, Energy Star appliances, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, oak hardwood floors, cable ready, easy access to public transportation, healthy indoor air quality including low VOC sealants and paints. All units are furnished.
