Dumont Green is a 176-unit affordable/supportive housing development located in the East New York section of Brooklyn. CAMBA is the on-site social services provider and has a master lease for 36 units (33 families and three singles). All CAMBA tenants are referred from DHS and must be chronically homeless and have an approved 2010 housing application. The 33 families must be category 5 eligible in which the head of household has a substance abuse disorder, a disabling medical condition or HIV/AIDS. The three singles must be category 1 eligible with serious mental illness.
