Many low-wage employees living in New York City have difficulty maintaining self-sufficiency due to the high costs of housing, health coverage, food, clothing and other expenses. EarnBenefits seeks to connect qualified individuals with over 20 different programs by streamlining eligibility screening for care subsidies, tax credits, free health Insurance, free checking accounts, food stamps, matched savings programs, and reduced telephone and utility costs.
EarnBenefits currently serves 350 low-wage workers.
We offer qualified New York City residents who meet specific income requirements free tax preparation.
