Legal Services for the Working Poor

CAMBA's Legal Services for the Working Poor started in 2004 and provides no-cost legal services in housing, consumer issues and immigration for working poor individuals and families.  This is the only program in the city that does not use the poverty standard to determine eligibility for services.  Working poor is defined as people living below the self-sufficiency standard for Brooklyn.  This program serves 200 individuals and families yearly.
