CAMBA's Foreclosure Prevention Program started in 2008 and provides legal advice, advocacy and litigation services to homeowners with subprime mortages and those who have been the victim of predatory lending practices. To be eligible for services the homeowner must reside in the property that is in foreclosure. All foreclosure clients must be screened and referred through CAMBA's foreclosure counseling project.
