In November we partnered with senior class students of SDL and staff volunteers from Clifford Chance Law Firm in an event led by the youth service agency City Year. The morning’s theme lessening the environmental impact of the School for Democracy and Leadership upon the local community and identify how to inspire the entire student body to become guardians of the environment for the future.
Volunteer activities included painting 50 doors with inspiring democracy and leadership themes, constructing 16 book cases, planting trees around the school’s perimeter and painting high school logos on exterior columns. Please view our photos below.
