CAMBA’s seeks a Director to serve as the liaison between the agency and SDL. The Director manages the CAMBA partnership at SDL which includes developing and implementing activities that build a positive school climate, connecting families to community resources, ensuring students have access to diverse out of school time opportunities, and directly supervising an after-school program for 25 middle school students. CAMBA specializes in assisting those with special barriers to employment including low skilled workers, long-term unemployed, immigrants and refugees, limited English speakers, formerly homeless, seniors, formerly incarcerated, trauma survivors and victims of human trafficking. These programs are performance-based, and success is measured by meeting enrollment, employment placement, training, retention, and case management goals.
