Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships

CAMBA's Office of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for fundraising, as well as informing funders, stakeholders and community members about CAMBA' work in order to further the organization's development and growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The person filling this position is expected, under general direction to:  (1) Manage the camba.org and related websites (2) Manage social media accounts incorporating best practices for maximum impact   (3) Support the implementation of fundraising special events

  • Manage CAMBA.org and related websites including collaborating with the Communications Director on updated, meaningful, and engaging content.
  • Manage social media accounts incorporating best practices for maximum impact
  • In collaboration with the development & communications staff, manage distribution of (1) monthly internal/external e-newsletters, (2) special event collateral (3) promotional/ program materials as requested.
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns marketing CAMBA's programs, services, and offerings through the use of social, landing pages, email, digital advertising, and blog
  • Support the Communications Director in engaging program staff to provide video, audio, quotes and event highlights.
  • Create and manage all Constant Contact communications including developing and implementing A/B testing and personalization strategies.
  • Provide monthly report of key performance indicators and website metrics, including progress on search engine optimization and Google AdWords, pending grant.
  • Collaborate with VP, Human Resources on CAMBA staff reviews (e.g. Glassdoor, Yelp) to (1) positively respond (2) solicit additional positive reviews to impact overall ratings
  • Review and update content on linked sites as needed, but at least quarterly on cambahousingventures.org and literacycamba.org.  Conduct semi-annual review of shonasculptures.com, with additional updates in advance of bi-annual Shona event.
  • Support the implementation of fundraising special events

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills and experience with web/newsletter or similar projects
  • Knowledge of responsive web design and experience working on a modern website (WordPress)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or experience analyzing and interpreting data 
  • Experience with photo and video editing software recommended
