CAMBA's HomeBase Program is seeking a Supervisor for our office located at 1117 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn. CAMBA's HomeBase Program provides case management and essential services to at-risk individuals and families in Brooklyn and Staten Island to prevent homelessness.  Individuals and families receive services that help them overcome problems with public benefits, housing, education, health care and other issues that could impede their ability to maintain stable households.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running and supervision of program-related staff and services in accordance with all program goals, targets, and performance outcomes and all CAMBA and program policies, procedures, and protocols; etc.


  • Supervising, coaching, motivating and counseling direct report staff to excel in their roles
  • Monitoring and reviewing clients' progress, conducting case reviews with staff
  • Troubleshooting cases and making service plan decisions according to program policies, procedures and protocols
  • Ensuring all digital and hard copy files are kept in compliance with funder's standards


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) and one year of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, organization, time management, analytical and leadership skills are necessary to succeed in this role
  • Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of CARES strongly preferred
