CAMBA is a non-profit multi-service agency that connects people with opportunities to enhance their quality of life. Founded in 1977, CAMBA serves more than 65,000 individuals and families each year by offering integrated services and programs in: Economic Development, Education & Youth Development, Family support, Health, Housing, and Legal Services. CAMBA's Data, Assessment, Research & Evaluation (DARE) Department maintains the agency's client tracking database (including client demographics, service delivery and outcomes). We help programs create or modify forms and assessments to collect reliable data; train program staff in data entry; and generate reports for agency executive and managers, as well as for funders. We help programs track clients' success and we help create quality improvement projects that are data-driven. We design program evaluation projects (sometimes along with external researchers at universities and research organizations), collect and analyze data, and report on results.
