Director of Training, Human Resources Department

Position:              Director of Training

Reports To:        Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Location:             1720 Church Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11226              ​

What The Director of Training Does:

The person filling this position is expected, under general direction, to: (1) evaluate, plan, coordinate, and direct management development and management training programs for the organization; (2) develop, administer, and conduct seminars and workshops for supervisory and managerial staff of the organization; and, (3) maintain records and reports that evaluate and track progress of employees who have been trained.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Education or a related field
  • 5 years of experience delivering management trainings

  • Superior communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with a broad and diverse audience
  • Must be flexible to provide training at CAMBA's sites throughout Brooklyn and other NYC boroughs
  • Experience with online training platforms
  • Must abide by strict ethical standards
  • Must maintain Integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality at all times
