The Management Information Systems (MIS) Department provides reliable, practical, and cost-effective management information systems support to the CAMBA staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The person filling this position is expected, under general direction, to: (1) perform software distribution, installation/patches/upgrades and diagnostics; (2) design and manage network infrastructure, implementation and production, as well as reporting functions; (3) provide technical assistance to CAMBA staff via telephone, as requested; (4) Troubleshoot standard software applications and database software throughout CAMBA; and (5) recover critical data and functions from the server.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or a related field and four years of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and willingness to lift / carry 50-75 pounds (computer equipment being taken in / returned from repair; new equipment being installed).
