SafeCare Family Services (SFS): SafeCare Family Services is an evidence-based, in-home, parenting skills training curriculum for parents who are at risk of, or who have been reported for, child maltreatment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The person filling this position is expected to: (1) Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operations of all departments; (2) answer and screen incoming telephone calls, emails and fax referrals for SafeCare Program; (3) direct callers and general voicemail messages to the appropriate personnel; and (4) assist non-clerical staff with clerical work (i.e., data collection and data verification).
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
Proficient experience using Microsoft Office software and knowledge of databases.
Ability to type 55 words per minute.
Bilingual Spanish/English or Haitian Creole/English is preferred.
Familiarity with ACS systems, including PROMIS, Connections, and the ability to learn new programs is preferred.
Previous administrative, outreach or data/evaluation experience is preferred.
Must obtain State Central Registry (SCR) clearance.
Ability to maintain State Central Registry (SCR) clearance and fingerprint clearance through the duration of employment.
