CAMBA's MSM HIV Prevention Navigation Program will provide outreach, education, and navigation/linkage services to at-risk populations in Brooklyn including 170 MSM of color and 15 transgender women who are both HIV-positive and HIV-negative. We will coordinate with other Brooklyn-based prevention and care service providers, including the existing Brooklyn-based testing collaborative, Brooklyn Knows, and clinics that are active in the PlaySure Network. CAMBA will also host an advisory group comprised of MSM of color and transgender women to determine best practices for engaging the community in HIV prevention, treatment, and support services. In doing so, our program will increase the number of people who know about PEP/PrEP, and increase their likelihood of starting PEP/PrEP treatment, undergoing HIV and STI testing, and maintaining primary health care.
