​CAMBA:  We are a non-profit agency that provides services that connect people with opportunities to enhance their quality of life. Since 1977, CAMBA has served more than 45,000 individuals and families by offering integrated services and programs in:  Economic Development, Education & Youth Development, Family support, Health, Housing, and Legal Services. CAMBA has helped more than 330 at-risk youth graduate from high school; provided job training and placement assistance to more than 1,300 unemployed adults; gave more than 700 low-income entrepreneurs technical assistance; prevented more than 3,000 evictions; and placed nearly 800 homeless adults and families into permanent housing.

CAMBA's Human Resources (HR) Department is a fast-paced, innovative and dynamic environment that is focused on providing top-notch, quality service to all CAMBA staff to enable them to better serve our clients and the community-at-large. The right candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills in which they exhibit tactful, professional, flexible behavior and focus on team building. They will also have excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability and willingness to multi-task and use time efficiently.


  • ​Act as administrator for the Health, Dental, Vision, 403(B) Retirement, and TRIP Commuter Reimbursement benefits managing all tasks for the full life cycle of the benefits from enrollment to termination.
  • Act as liaison and primary HR contact person for staff members regarding the Health and Wellness program.
  • Manage the administration of the COBRA program for the full life cycle of the program from notification to termination.
  • Perform a variety of HR administration tasks including; entering data into a variety of automated systems, provide reporting for a variety of uses, etc.​

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or related field and five years of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience.
  • Must abide by strict ethical standards.
  • Must maintain integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the organization and its human resources policies.
