For more than 30 years, CAMBA has provided assistance to refugees and asylum seekers in NYC who face cultural and linguistic barriers to finding a safe, permanent home and gainful employment.
As an affiliate of the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, CAMBA has resettled over 10,000 refugees who have come to New York to be reunited with their families through the federal government’s Refugee Resettlement Program, providing them with intensive case management, counseling and social services, and linking them to English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes, and employment and training opportunities.
CAMBA is an equal opportunity employer/program. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities. All voice telephone numbers on this document may be reached by persons using TTD/TTY equipment via the New York State relay number 1-800-662-1220.
