Program Summary: Since 1992, CAMBA, as an affiliate of the United States Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), has been providing acculturation education for refugees who come to New York to reunite with their families through the U.S. Government’s Refugee Program. Through counseling, advocacy and referrals, CAMBA provides relevant health, social, legal, education and employment-related services.
Eligibility: Individuals granted refugee status overseas by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security who are directed to CAMBA by the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants.Clients Served Annually: 80 Referrals Accepted: No
