Program Summary: CAMBA’s Family Support Program strengthens families with children of all ages. We provide case management services which includes working with each and every family to assess strengths, needs, resources; developing an individualized strategy to meet short and long-term goals; and following up with the family to determine whether goals have been met and/ or needs have changed. We assist families in accessing resources for identified needs, including domestic violence, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, health and nutrition.
We also provide advocacy and assistance in obtaining government benefits, housing, education and employment, legal assistance and other social services. Our services are offered in English, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
