Program Summary: CAMBA’s Maternal and Infant Health (MIH) Program promotes women’s health through general women’s health education and short term case management. The program focuses on improving health equity and maternal and infant health outcomes through a home visiting program. By approaching women’s health from a life course perspective the program’s goal is to reduce overall and pregnancy-related illnesses and deaths and to eliminate disparities through enhanced health promotion and disease prevention.​

Eligibility:  Women of reproductive age (13 to 50) living in the following Brooklyn zip codes: 11236 and 11212.​
Clients Served Annually: 75 families
