Program Summary: CAMBA provides legal advice, application assistance, and representation to individuals and families in need of the following immigration services:
  • Citizenship and naturalization
  • Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
  • Family-based petitions​
  • Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
  • VAWA Self- Petitions, T and U Visas (services for victims of domestic violence)
  • Other immigration matters
Eligibility: New York City residents who meet income guidelines (below the self-sufficiency standard for NYC)
Clients Served Annually: 1,350
Referrals Accepted: No, internal referrals only
 
This program is funded by the NYC Human Resources Administration, The Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, NYC Office of Criminal Justice Coordinator, NYS Office of Court Administration, New York Immigration Coalition, New York Community Trust-Fund for New Citizens and the New York Bar Foundation​.
